Cats sleep about 18 hours a day.

Really?! I didn't know that? Can you tell me why my cat goes outside and sits there and eats grass like a cow? And he doesn't even get sick afterwords..

There are 2 main reasons for animals eating grass. The most common reason is so they can annoy their insides and throw up when they are feeling sick. The second one is for ruff*ge(sp?) So they can take a dump easier.

Yep, DG has it. Those are the reasons. You'll see many different carnivores eating grass, including wild dogs, domestic dogs, and even lions.
I think it's spelled roughage, though I too may have just butchered the word.

LOL because the letters F A and G appear next to each other in my spelling of it it was sensored because of the word those 3 letters spell. I think I need to look over the sensored words.....

If my cats escape outside that is what they do too, in between looking terrified. I hate cleaning up cat throw up though. I always leave it and wait for my brother to go and have to clean it up.

Ewwww..... She's not one of them cat collectors you see on animal planet, animal cops, where they have to go in and take all the animals after being reported and you go in the house and they have crap all over the floor and walls and cats running all over the place is she?
I saw one of them animal cops show and this lady got evicted from the house from the health department and she had over 200 cats inside her house and they were all over the place and in the basement running around and the floor was all crap and some of them had kittens and the people were working in 2, 30 min shifts because the smell was too much for them and it took them a few days to get all the cats out. Then when they left they left a window and the back door open so that if they missed any they could get outside, The figured no one would want to take anything from inside the house since it had cat crap all over everything.

No, she lets them in only once in a while.. My Uncle sits out on the back steps and plays with them.. One of the cats will stay there for hours and play with my uncle.. My uncle will move his finger around in the air, and the cat will bat his leg or arm softly not using any claws.. Then, my Grandpa will go out for a walk around the barn and the eldest of the cats rounds the younger ones up and they follow my Grandpa in a straight line around the barn.. It is quite funny..

I don't think I would be able to let a cat outside and then back inside. Who knows where they go? My cats love to sleep in the beds and on the couches and mine sleeps with me at night. It would be disgusting if they went out all day and then came in all dirty. A lot of people do let their cats out though and then back inside. The one lady I used to work for would let the cats inside and they smelled so bad. They made the whole house smell like cat.
